Peyote

Picture
PEYOTE – Creates a sturdy, brick-like pattern and has long been associated with Native American beadwork.

Brick Stitch

BRICK STITCH – Commonly found among African and Native American beadwork, this stitch creates a sturdy weave with many possible variations.

Ndebele

Picture
NDEBELE – Also known as herringbone stitch because of the pattern the weave creates, this stitch gets its name from the Ndebele tribes of South Africa. This creates a very supple weave that drapes beautifully in bracelets or necklaces.

Square Stitch

SQUARE STITCH – The beads sit right next to each other similar to loomwork.

Right Angle Weave
